Half Day Rate (maximum 4 hours)

Studio D for 2 hours (minimum)

Refundable security deposit

All Studio Security deposits will be returned within 48 hrs of any rental, IF the studios are returned in the same condition as they were received at the beginning of the rental.
Please note: While we endeavor to update photographs of each studio space on a regular basis when spaces are updated, studio images may not always be a true representation of how the studio decor/layout at any given time.

This studio is located on an upper level of the building with stair access only.

Lockbox key access provided for external ground level door entry in order to access Studio C on the 2nd floor.

Access will be granted remotely upon the completion of the required Studio Entry pre-screening forms when they are received from you and ALL of your guests.
IF COVID PROTOCOLS ARE IN EFFECT AS PER PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT MANDATES THEN
ALL STUDIO RENTERS, GUESTS, AND VISITORS MUST SOCIAL DISTANCE AND WEAR FACE MASKS AT ALL TIMES WHEN NOT BEING ACTIVELY PHOTOGRAPHED.
