RATES

Full Day Rate (maximum 8 hours)

$625.00 + HST+ $75 additional cleaning fee

Half-Day Rate (maximum 4 hours)

$475.00 + HST+ $75 additional cleaning fee

Studio F for 2 hours (minimum)

$325.00 + HST+ $75 additional cleaning fee

Refundable security deposit required is

$150.00.

All Studio Security deposits will be returned within 48 hours of any rental IF the studios are returned in the same condition as they were received at the beginning of the rental.

Please note: While we endeavor to update photographs of each studio space on a regular basis whenever spaces are rearranged, studio images may not always be a true representation of the studio decor/layout at any given time.

This studio is located on an upper level of the building with stair access only (not wheelchair accessible).
Lockbox key access is provided for external ground-level door entry in order to access Studio F on the 2nd floor.
Access will be granted remotely upon the completion of the required Studio pre-screening forms when they are received from you and ALL of your guests.
